Cashless TPA List

19 of 20 partners settle cashless with us. Find yours below, along with how long approval usually takes.

How Cashless Works

Four steps, and we do three of them

01

Tell us at registration

Show your TPA or insurance card at the front desk. Our insurance help desk opens a file before you see the consultant.

02

We file pre-authorisation

Once a treatment plan exists, we submit the estimate and clinical notes to your TPA — you do not fill in the forms.

03

Approval comes back

Typical turnaround is 2–12 hours depending on the partner. Emergencies proceed immediately; paperwork follows.

04

You settle only the gap

Non-medical items, co-pay and anything above your sum insured. Everything else is billed to the insurer.

Third Party Administrators

TPAs process claims on behalf of your insurer. Carry the card issued by the TPA, not by the insurance company.

What to bring

  • TPA or insurer card (original)
  • Government photo ID for the patient
  • Policy number and, for corporate cover, your employee ID
  • Any previous discharge summaries for the same condition

Turnaround times are typical, not guaranteed — they depend on your policy and how quickly your insurer responds. Emergency treatment is never delayed for paperwork.
